Transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA):

Retention Period
 We will retain your personal data for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for any period thereafter during which we have an ongoing business need to retain it, in accordance with the following specific retention periods:

Customer Information

When you place an order for products and services, we store information about you as part of legal obligations and for business purposes.
Correspondence and Inquiries – If you make an inquiry or contact us by email or through our web contact form, we will retain your information for as long as is necessary to process your inquiry and up to twenty-four (24) additional months. After that we will do so Delete your data.
Mailing to Subscribers – We will retain the information you used to subscribe to our mailing list for as long as you remain subscribed (i.e., you do not unsubscribe) or until we decide to cancel our mailing list service, whichever comes first. Your contact information will be deleted immediately upon subscription.
Current and former employee information – Subject to legal obligation.
Job Applicant Information – For up to twenty-four (24) months after the position is closed. After that time, we will delete your information.

Rights of the data subject

Right to information – Art. 15 DSGVO
The data subject may request information about which personal data of which origin are stored about him/her and for what purpose.

Right to rectification – Art. 16 DSGVO
The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the rectification without delay of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her.

Right to erasure – Art. 17 DSGVO.
You may request the controller to erase personal data concerning you without undue delay, and the controller is obliged to erase such data without undue delay.

Right to restriction of processing – Art. 18 DSGVO.
The right to restriction of processing includes the possibility for the data subject to prevent further processing of personal data concerning him or her for the time being.

 Right to data portability – Art. 20 DSGVO
The right to data portability includes the possibility for the data subject to receive the personal data concerning him or her from the controller in a common, machine-readable format in order to have it forwarded to another controller, if necessary. According to Art. 20 (3) sentence 2 DSGVO, however, this right is not available if the data processing serves the performance of public tasks.

 Right to object – Art. 21 DSGVO
The right to object includes the possibility for data subjects to object to the further processing of their personal data in a specific situation, insofar as this is justified by the performance of public tasks or public as well as private interests.


Automated decision-making in individual cases including profiling – Art. 22 GDPR.
The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her.
